Returns Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

  • You can return an order within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Goods must be returned to us in their original condition, unworn and with the label and tags attached.
  • Place the goods in the original shipping box or any other solid carton and tape securely.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Visit www.bagruu.com  and log into ‘My Account’ and click ‘Request Return Authorisation’ to begin a return or exchange, or click here if you do not have an account with us.

Complete the Return Form (sent with your original order) with approved Return Authorisation Number (RA) and your proof of purchase.

Once your return has been approved we will send you your RA number.

For the safety of your package make sure you use a reliable traceable delivery service. Please ensure that you return the goods with a traceable service provider.

The cost of delivery will not be refunded and must be covered by the customer. If in the case that the item is deemed faulty a full refund will be issued for the cost of the freight.

Delivery refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the item has been received.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to show in your account.

Please allow up to 14 days for an exchange.

Please note that without an RA number a refund cannot be issued, only a credit note or exchange will be given.

SALE ITEMS

We will happily accept returns on sale items however, any sale, special price or reduced price items will not be refunded but maybe exchanged within 7 days of the original purchase.

Sale items returned may be redeemed for an online credit note to the amount of the original purchase price. This is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

EXCHANGES

All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge. Please email us to process your exchange.

Simply send the item back to us and we will arrange an online coupon code for you to redeem against your next purchase.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We do not provide refunds to our international customers but we will happily offer exchanges on a purchase or a credit note to use for an online purchse.

If you would like to exchange your purchase or receive a credit note please visit www.bandra.com.au  and log into ‘My Account’ and click ‘Request Return Authorisation’ to begin a return or exchange, or click here if you do not have a Bagruu account.
